My Journey to Healing...

After a head on car collision in 2010, I had to learn how to rehabilitate my body to walk and run again. That after a lifetime of basketball, baseball, college volleyball career, 7 years of rugby and competitive at just about all others sports America has to offer. Ive had an elbow dislocation(I reset myself, ouch), two right shoulder surgeries, 3 right knee surgeries(2 to repair an failed ACL graft) and foot surgery(Chevron Bunioectomy). From my car accident-  triple fracture in my left knee, herniated L4/L5(Lower Back) C2/C3(neck), rib contusions and concussion(Pretty used to those from Rugby). Lived my whole life with diagnosed asthma(i learned to work out of and off medication), premature ventrical contractions PVC’s(I also learned how to moderate) and I’m hearing impaired by 50% loss. I was told to change my active lifestyle and live as a cripple from then on but that is not in my nature to be the “VICTIM”.

Doctors dont coun’t on us having the courage to do exercises and health practices consistently to restore our MIND BODY and SPIRIT. With the right help the human body can heal nearly anything and not withstanding a head on car crash, the body can be strengthened to prevent most injuries as well. Why wait till you have a problem, when you can prevent the problem in the first place. Of all the things out of your control in this life, your fitness is one of the ONLY things you control. You either choose to be fit, or you choose to be weak. You choose to go through the pain of rehabilitation or you choose to let your body wither away and use age/injury as an excuse. I have successfully rehabilitated every joint in my body and you can too.

I can help you in ways you never imagined possible if you have the courage and willingness to trust some direction from someone who has succeeded. Because guess what? Your body is the MOST VALUABLE possession & you only get one!
